The service
Puckhead Gameday Scoreboard displays live sports scores, statistics, and related content on TVs and browsers ("the Service"), operated by Puckhead Entertainment ("we"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account is for one household; we may limit the number of active devices.
Subscriptions
Access requires a paid subscription (single-league monthly, all-leagues monthly, or all-leagues annual). Prices are shown at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled — see the Cancellation Policy. We may change pricing with notice effective at your next renewal.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to circumvent the subscription checks, share accounts beyond your household, redistribute the Service's content or data feeds, or interfere with the Service's operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
Content
Scores and statistics are provided by third-party data sources and may contain delays or errors. Team and league names are used to identify games factually; the Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by any sports league or team.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the accuracy of any score or statistic.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms; if we terminate without cause, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
