Cancel anytime
Cancel from your account page via "Manage billing" — it takes about thirty seconds. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.
7-day money-back guarantee
Not for you? Email service@puckheadentertainment.com within 7 days of your first payment on any plan and we'll refund it in full. This applies once per customer, to the first purchase only.
After 7 days
Payments are non-refundable and we don't prorate partial periods — cancellation simply ends renewals. For the annual plan, this means access continues until the end of the paid year.
Plan changes
Upgrading (for example, single league to all leagues) takes effect immediately through the billing portal; Stripe prorates the difference automatically.
